PR author claims these errors are false positives:

For the Tracked resource - delete and patch operations missing error, the dataprotection.json file contains these operation definitions for BackupVaultResource in line 707-774.

Only looking at the swagger, these do appear to be false positives in LintDiff. There are patch and delete operations in the swagger, directly below the get operation.

Unless there's some reason these APIs don't satisfy the check. Maybe because they are LROs?

However, I still think these errors are a signal of a real problem in the spec that should be fixed, rather than suppressed. Examples:
