Context

Currently, Spring Cloud Azure tests compatibility in each related PR, and only checks the version which SupportStatus is SUPPORTED, we want to expand its application scenarios.

Goal

  1. Test all versions with TODO SupportStatus in a fixed frequency
  2. ... not confirm and need to talk about
