[BUG] Too many errors query api server for the complete list of server APIs #309

Describe the bug
resourcewatcher/change_dector.go:152] "Failed to get all the api resources from the cluster" err="unable to retrieve the complete list of server APIs: metrics.k8s.io/v1beta1: the server is currently unable to handle the request"
