Improvements needed to integrate with ArgoCD #348
Description
- Add force update option for work as ArgoCD controller sometimes removes the owner reference which blocks our subsequent updates
- Support override. Apply the finalizer on the hub cluster blocks the deletion of the application while we need it on the member cluster. I am sure there are other cases in that someone needs to add/modify the CR so the applied CR is slightly different from the hub cluster version.
