Azure Files shares (filestorage kind) with Premium which cannot provide GRS since not possible, for AVD the recommendation is to use ZRS and rely on AVD mechanism (eventually) to replicate (it is called CloudCache).

My question is: are you here recommending GRS even if GRS is not possible because the storage account hosting the file share is Premium?
If YES, I would suggest to report also the SKU/Tier in the workbook report and refine the logic to detect (and don’t recommend) premium account that, today, cannot be enabled for GRS.
