This PR updates the download links and checksums for
for easy model fetching. The AlexNet model definitions are also rewritten (the Caffe reference ImageNet model was already updated for the release to master).
Note that one can upgrade the weights locally by
upgrade_net_proto_binary.binto avoid re-downloading.For more details on the new-style models, see #429.
