Have Travis build pycaffe

I assume this is an error of omission? This is the first I've dealt with Travis, so let me know if I've done this incorrectly (I assume Travis will also let me know if it works).

Yep, I didn't try to add it because I figured there would be some extra dependencies and I didn't feel like dealing with figuring out how to get them to the buildbot... Good luck!

(it'd also be awesome to someday have unit tests for python and matlab, and an octave build for matcaffe so we can test that too)

Travis has smiled upon us this day. Merge if you find the changes to Makefile.config.example acceptable.
