This PR adds gradient checks for the InfogainLossLayer, allowing the layer to take the infogain matrix as the third bottom blob to make it slightly easier to test (vs writing out a proto file and then reading it in). It's a small piece of #686 that I added since #686 changes the behavior of all loss layers and I didn't feel comfortable doing that without any tests.
