This repository contains all the code and data necessary to reproduce the figures in the following research paper: Weiner, Maerkle, Laderman, Demirjian, and Bergelson. "A physical model links structure and function in the plant immune system." (2025) Each folder corresponds to a figure in the paper and contains the following:

1. Mathematica notebooks to generate the data
2. Mathematic notebooks to analyze the data
3. The raw data as Mathematica .mx files.
