It would be useful to add the grant numbers and links to those grants on nsf.gov. See https://biodiversitydatasciencecorp.github.io/Instructional-Pedagogy/ for the two grant numbers (and an example).

A minor comment: The pdfs generated via the PDF button all include a cover page that is mostly blank. Is there any way to skip including that cover page? |

First pass woohoo! I made revisions to nearly all of the lessons and almost completely rewrote the website copy so that it better reflects the course. This PR is not ready to be merged yet, but the lessons and main content are ready to be reviewed.
