Adds the consensus branch ID encoding when using toHex() and toBase64() methods on ZcashPsbt. Previously this information was only included when using toBuffer() directly, causing bugs when serializing the PSBT with the other methods. Issue: BTC-2659 Co-authored-by: llm-git <llm-git@ttll.de>
