Blackbox explorer shows error opening log no logs in this file could be parsed successfully

So my dji o4 lite footage have some twitches while rocksteady is on, so I decided to see the blackbox data and when I try to open the data file in the blackbox explorer it says 'Error opening log no logs in this file could be parsed successfully.
