Setup scripts Debian only, readme indicates working in Ubuntu

I have not tested in Ubuntu yet but reviewing Standup.sh script, the Tor installation looks for Debian release when downloading tor package, and updates user as debian-tor. README indicates standup.sh has been tested in Ubuntu, but maybe this was before Tor setup was added? Need to retest on Ubuntu and either update scripts to work on either OS or revise README.
