Enchantment can't be applied to non-vanilla shears #8
Description
The enchantment can be applied to vanilla shears without issue, but not modded shears. I've tried this with Botania's manasteel shears, Reliquary's shears of winter, and Railcraft's steel shears. Only vanilla shears are compatible with the enchantment.
