[Bug] Steam Big Picture's browser is broken after enabling Extendium

Describe the Bug

After enabling Extendium, Steam Big Picture's browser is completely unresponsive when using a gamepad and softlocking Steam client if Guide button isn't pressed

Is this an Extendium bug (not extension-specific)?

• This issue is not limited to a single Chrome extension

Extendium shouldn't break Steam Big Picture's browser and plugins should work even there

Actual Behavior

Extendium (without extensions) is breaking Steam Big Picture's browser on shop pages etc.

• Yes, I can reproduce this issue consistently

Troubleshooting tried

• Restarted Steam
• Switched to Default skin/theme (only applicable if it's and UI issue)
