I fixed the app source and rebuilt the Pi-Apps package files.

Changes in this update:

• fixed JoyPoint.py so the app installs and runs correctly
• removed the faulty install-time patching logic
• kept the Pi-Apps install scripts clean and compatible
• ensured joypoint.png is used for the installed app icon and tray icon
• regenerated the Pi-Apps icon files and rebuilt the archive
