Parse inventory.json to create object "changelog"

List out each version of the object, with the user's message, and basic information about which files were added/updated/deleted.

eg.
testsuite:abcd1234
v1 - username "message 1"
    added file1.txt
v2 - username "message 2"
    added image.jpg and file2.txt
