Disable autocomplete for student information fields

We've received reports of browsers providing auto-complete functionality on student information form fields. Autocomplete is important for the employer and location fields, since this makes it easier/faster to add multiple experiences at the same location/agency/supervisor. However, that autocomplete data being associated with the student info isn't what we want. Investigate setting autocomplete=false on student data fields.
