Make sure there's a min value for liquidity lock time.

I've set it to process.env.LIQUIDITY_MIN_LOCK_TIME but it is still possible to set a value below that.

Can u make it use the same validation method as the maxOwnerShare variable? Thanks.

Seems to have been something I fixed earlier, re-open issue if incorrect.

It's still possible to set a value lower than the min lock time (7 days) - I've been using the latest wip branch, so maybe main has fixed that idk. I'll keep it open for now till I can confirm its sorted, no worries
