Create Token: tweaks to do #3

If u can, can u edit the create_token js code so that it accepts basis points instead of whole numbers for percentages?
Eg. someone enters 20, and it passes the parameter 2000 (multipies input by 100), also allow someone to add up to 2 decimal points, so if its eg. 1.05% then would be 105 basis points passed in an argument
