Verify Token: Create page

So this is for the future, but I'll need to think about the verify token page.

Heres what I've done already. 

Ideally it will be put in a pancake-style centre window, or maybe just the way it is with the elements being pancake-ised.

Some of the JS code will need to be changed, but works well enough rn.
