Add template and example for uv3d calcs on azure batch

It is possible that the basic centos7 template works for this as well. However this issue is to confirm if a template is needed and create one. Finally update the docs to show how to submit the batch job on Azure

@dwr-psandhu It should. In this case, we only need interpolate_variable that works on a template.
