@pjsg this PR added a new method on the list client to make an API endpoint available through the client. It didn't change any existing behavior of the client, and the version is not required to be bumped in the portal (This is only required by a new service for now), so it should have very little impact. Feel free to merge if it looks good to you. |

Added a method get_contacts_by_list_id needed by a new feature, test included.
Fixed all the tabs in the test files as well...
