Bug: Tasks List fix for Light mode

Similar to #227, the Tasks' Select Number of Tasks - Filter does not change color in Light Mode, creating an inconsistency in the UI. Perhaps shall be fixed using Tailwind Classes

Edit: The Close button needs to be fixed as well
