Make Due Date field optional

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We currently have an error toast for Due Dates, saying we need it in a proper format, even it the user does not specify any. This is not ideal as of now, since we want more service integrations in future, hence needs to be get rid of.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Make the due date field optional on the backend, and update tests on frontend + backend
• Also remove the error toast on frontend for the same

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Adding tasks via the cli but that is not ideal in case one wants to use the GUI.
