Screen becomes unresponsive upon closing Developer logs

Describe the bug
Currently if someone clicks on Devlogs through the profile icon, and closes that, then the mouse clicks do not work, until one refreshes the page. Might be due to wrong state/context management.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Developer logs'
2. Click on 'Close button'
3. Try to click on the Navbar buttons
4. See error

Expected behavior

• Should work as before, normally.

Hi @its-me-abhishek, While writing test cases for DevLogs.tsx, I came across this behavior and confirmed the issue, after closing the Developer Logs modal, click events stop working until a refresh.
I’d like to take up this issue. Could you please assign it to me.
