bug screen goes blank when user click on Add task button

Describe the bug
when we click on Add Task button to add new task screen goes blank

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'http://localhost:5173/home'
2. Click on Add Task button
3. Sceen goes blank
4. you can See the error in console logs it says <Select.Item /> must have a value prop that is not an empty string. This is because the Select value can be set to an empty string to clear the selection and show the placeholder.

Expected behavior
when we click on addtask button it should open a dialog and let user create ew task like it used to
