There are no links provided for discord and email in our contact us section.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Visit contact us section of our website.
  https://taskwarrior-server.ccextractor.org/

Expected behavior
It should redirect to their respective links

Could you please share the Discord invite link for our community/server (if we have one set up)? Also, any official email address we can list here for contact?
