Python 3.6 has reach end of life for almost a year now ¹

Meanwhile, the CI does not test the new version 3.10 and 3.11 (release a year ago and one month ago respectively)

I think we should support those new version of python. Moreover Ubuntu 22.04 (LTS version) ships with python 3.10 by default ²
