Modify se-stats GUI output format #148
Description
Refactor GUI for Single-end BAM statistics to output a statistics file for each BAM input based on the input BAM file name with _SE-stats.txt suffix as opposed to current behavior of concatenating into a single user-named file. This should make the CLI to GUI mapping more straightforward which helps with logging support conversion. If the user really wishes to reproduce the original datafile, they can just use the terminal cat command to concatenate the output files together (expected to be uncommon usage).
