该 PR 更新了仓库的贡献方针（CONTRIBUTING.md），以适配 docs 区分离后的现状，并进一步细化翻译提交/审查规则与目录结构说明。
Changes:
- 更新“仓库结构”示意与“项目名称（Project Slug）/命名空间”说明，调整对 CurseForge/Modrinth 来源的描述方式。
- 移除“翻译用语共识”章节，并同步更新目录（TOC）。
- 调整翻译贡献与审查流程表述：源语言定义、机器翻译接收条件、审查人/管理员职责、搁置规则等。
