signin-sts.aws.cucloud.net now deprecated

We are sunsetting signin-sts.aws.cucloud.net and it will be shut down on June 1, 2019.

We recommend that signin-sts.aws.cucloud.net users switch to awscli-login (https://pypi.org/project/awscli-login/) to exercise Cornell Two-Step Login and Duo. That tool has undergone a Cornell security assessment and looks solid. More info: https://confluence.cornell.edu/x/MCGzFQ

signin-sts.aws.cucloud.net is now decommissioned. The cu-sts tools are no longer going to work. I'd recommend archiving this repo.
