Add sorting to Repo tab

Currently, the repository tab does not allow sorting of packages by installation status. It would be highly beneficial to have installed packages listed first, followed by uninstalled ones, similar to the default behavior in Octopi.

Implement sorting in the "repo" tab to group and display installed packages at the top, with uninstalled packages displayed below. This improves usability for users managing package installations.
