Freshing up the BlurKit project so it's easily usable and refreshed to matched CameraKit branding/etc.

  • Remove Credits
  • Include CameraKit mention near bottom "Project is a sister project to CameraKit [link]' etc

  • Update README Header to be the same resolution with same padding as CameraKit's
  • Add status badges from Code Climate and Slack Join button
  • Add basic tests
