Completely rewrite README to provide a richer project overview and developer-oriented docs: add centered banner and badges, new sections (What is Termite?, Why?, Features, Who this is for, Architecture, Run, Compiled config, Themes, Plugins, Project status, Roadmap, License), include config/plugin examples and architecture notes for c_term_core/c_term_app, and clarify run/controls. Add banner.png asset. README also suggests repo metadata (description and topics) for GitHub discovery.
