Update or remove Extract, Translate, Aggregate, Load Overview page #155
Description
The ETL graphic at https://cda.readthedocs.io/en/latest/about_us/how_we_etal/ is not current. Details that should be updated include 1) The Cancer Data Services API Call should be updated to General Commons Database Export, 2) Google Cloud is now AWS Cloud, 3) Broad Institute is now CBIIT. The spring boot graphic should also be removed if inaccurate. If it makes more sense to remove this page as the GitHub link allows navigation to the ETL code, that is a possibility as well.
