Effect not viewable on game board

Cyborg Chronicles: Hold over the "FX" button to see a card's effect when it is on your hand - works fine.

Play the card so that it enters the battlefield. Now it is no longer possible to see the card effect.

However, if you play Upgrado Mk I and then it creates an Upgrado Mk II - then it is possible to see the card effect on the battlefield.

Something recent must have broken this, I distinctly remember it was working before the animations...

At first I thought it was a "prod-only issue" like #165 , but this bug happens both locally and in production.
