When uploading additional files to a dataset that already contains files, it would be helpful if the default license of that new file is set to be the same as the one applied to the other files. For example, if the first batch of files are all set to CC-BY, it would be helpful if the upload of the new file would be automatically set to CC-BY. Currently, the default license option is the system default, so that new file has CC0.
