CH5File only supports a single plate.

Looking at the code for CH5File (https://github.com/CellH5/cellh5/blob/master/pysrc/cellh5.py#L1042), it looks like there is no way to choose a plate if there are many. I think the class needs members to list all plates and to set the current plate.

CH5MappedFileCollection is probably what you want. Still, this will require pandas... I ll have a look...
