Does celltrackcollab support multi-channel data , i.e, it is possible to track at least two channels with trackmate, would it be possible to analyze the tracks from one channel compared with the tracks from the second channel so as to assess dynamics interactions between two species ?

Do you have an example dataset you could share? to see how the data is stored?
At the moment if you get two separate tracking files, it would be straightforward to separate them as different "conditions" and then do the analysis.

indeed I only recently discovered the utility "Pair Trackmate files" wich does exactly what i'm looking for. If I'm wright this is what of your notebooks is doing. I will give it a try and let you know.

the notebook for pair analysis is looking for data frames in the format -df, it seems it doesn't handle -df.gz ...
Is there a work around ?

It should. I tested it again with one of our datasets and had no issues (running on Google Colab).
What error are you getting?
