Technically fine, but if we're trying to keep this super beginner user friendly, I think we should spell out how to use conda, if we're suggesting that may be needed. We can create a pyImageJ doc page (like we have one for Cellpose) that spells out the instructions? Or add to using_plugins.md info on using conda and note that it is recommended of pyImageJ?

That gets into a bigger conversation in general - at least all the Mac instructions we send for installing CellProfiler from source (and I think Windows too) have conda versions (or are mainly conda), so I don't strictly think this addition would require it. But YMMV.

@bethac07 I'm willing to not be a pedant in this instance and let you merge in as-is :)
I don't really find any of the install instructions we have for CP from source terribly clear as to why/how to use conda, but I'll go file an issue over there instead of blocking this.
