From what I gather from this, it looks like this should be in-line and not have a <br /> separating the two parts. Do you have any example document to verify this with?

sdt(Inline-Level Structured Document) tags holdptags. If there are anysdttags, due to look ahead for tables and lists, the content will show up at the end of the document. This behaviour is not correct.
