Переделать. Используя свойство visible компонента. Продумать логику работы при нажатии на кнопку Обновить.

Я виду в этом коммите сокрытие всех элементов, но не понимаю, а как они станут видимы после обновления, при нажатии на кнопку Обновить? Каждый раз программу целиком перезапускать?

Теперь Метод для загрузки установленных пакетов - boolean и если он возвращает false, то активируется метод HidePackage()

В случае если папка install пуста или не существует, окно программы будет выглядеть следующим образом
