Wallet Connect for WebGL

Summary
Currently WebGL isn't supported by the Wallet Connect team however we've realized that a ThreadingPatcher make it work.

Suggested features or ways to address the summary
Install this package to make Wallet Connect work on WebGL platform. It should be an editor prompt when user switches to WebGL platform for user to decide to install this third party package.

Motivation
WebGL platform is a known limitation by the WC team but we shouldn't be ignored by our implementation if we can help it!

Acceptance Criteria
Wallet Connect must connect on WebGL (QR code only)
Wallet Connect must be able to sign messages and send transactions on WebGL.
