Indicate when a CodeFile exists in Multiple Stages #116
Description
It would be nice to see when a code file exists in multiple stages, and additionally, it would be great to have a way to isolate it and remove its link from those other stages.
One particular use case: Duplicate a stage and then realizing that its test files are linked to previous test files. At this point, it would be great to just unlink this code file and make an isolated copy.
