[Feature Request] CHL DESKTOP App maybe based on Greymass Anchor

We need an actual CHL Desktop for posting challenges using 1 single transaction of at least 1 EOS to challengedac or challengeyou , and then you send the radius, zip code and description followed by image or youtube link and then any extra parameters like number of people or days it lasts would be extra, but every challenge should be PERMANENT unless specified otherwise or its not really blockchain.

We need a Desktop App perhaps based on Anchor

We could fork anchor and remove everything except transactions, sending signed transactions using CHL parameters so it posts the radius and amount of token, right from the many tokens on anchor wallet. Its worth a shot
