[Feature Request] Challenge Authentication Protocol for Challenge using Twitter tipit eosio and telegram

I would like to suggest we use telegram encryption for a hand shake protocal we can then use in the challengedapp mobile app.

The Handshake Protocol can be made part of the ChallengeWallet. I suggest we use keybase.io as inspiration for the way they allow you to verify multiple social media accounts, instead of just phone and email which can be easily faked.
