Add coverage testing for wrappers?

Check how much of wrapper code is covered by current tests. Aim to increase coverage to 100%.

Coverage for wrappers may not be necessary for these reasons:

• Wrappers are generated on the fly at build time.
• The wrapped functionality is covered by C++ tests.
• The main use cases for wrappers are covered by Python tests.
