Hi ,

I am still having issues with my account.

I signed up on Saturday 1 Nov the full year payment was keyed in and payment for $2160 was made to my card.

However I could not see the credits appear on my account. In fact I was asked to login again and again. Till today I can't seem to see my settings nor my billings.

I had intended to cancel my subscription after the 3 days because I saw I was given free 3 days when I signed up with my card. However I had serious issues with logging in even. See screenshot at the bottom. In the end, I was eventually charged for the full 1 year subscription of $2160 USD exactly on 3 Nov 2025.

Pls help to cancel my subscription and refund me my amount back to the card pls.

Hi ChatAndBuild/support (Belim), i already have another subscription on another gmail account. why do i need to make this cancellation fees pls? this issue is not my fault. I did not even get a notification that I have even subscribed. my email is totally empty of anything that i signed up for. this really isnt' fair that i am not even notified for something that i actually signed up for and even paid so much for. There was no receipt even nor a notification that i my new plan officially starts on 3 NOV. I have already informed my credit card that I was charged for services that I was not even given and they are investigating this issue further. this is an issue on your backend hence why do we customers have to pay for such a fee? Hi Balim Thank you for explaining. However as I have not even seen any clause or confirmation email of my payment I really can't understand nor accept the need to make this payment as an admin fee. So will I still get back my $229 cancellation fees later on? Or this fees is not refundable? Why is it that other people cancel their subscription without the need to pay such a fees ?
