通过设置密码访问配置的环境变量方式的所有azure配置全部失效, 截止commit 70907ea还是正常的

Steps to Reproduce

在设置中配置azure的相关参数,接口是可以正常请求的

这是我的配置, 之前一起正常, 版本更新到2.12.4后出现404

如果在设置中指定azure是正常的

Expected Behavior

希望输入密码可以正常加载环境变量的配置

关于你提到的配置失效，我尝试找了一下可能的原因，你可以帮忙看看是不是这样：

1. 按之前的配置模式https://{azure-resource-url}/openai/deployments/{deploy-name}

这个旧的配置实际上有问题：就是不管切换什么模型，只要走azure都只能发到这一个deploy-name对应的模型（也就是说在之前的版本在azure模式下切换模型是没有任何作用的）

2. pr (support azure deployment name #4930) 实际上是解决了这个无法切换的问题。但是这里需要配合CUSTOM_MODELS借用model_name=display_name的格式来处理azure控制台model_name和deployment_name的对应关系（参考https://github.com/ChatGPTNextWeb/ChatGPT-Next-Web/pull/4930#issuecomment-2213521448）

例如：部署了gpt-3.5-turbo的模型，deployment_name为gpt3.5，那么在CUSTOM_MODELS里面加上+gpt-3.5-turbo=gpt-3.5应该就能解决你遇到的 deployment not found的问题

另外：

1. 前面这个pr合并的时候，对文档没有做及时更新（这里接下来会处理）
2. 这个pr针对一些旧的配置，没有做好向前兼容，这里需要想一下看看怎么处理会更好

针对旧配置的向前兼容逻辑：

可以考虑判断一下CUSTOM_MODELS如果没有拿到deployment_name，并且AZURE_URL配置中包含deploy-name的时候，还是使用AZURE_URL中的deploy-name（而不是使用url中传递过来的deployment_name，这样应该就能避免旧配置导致的deployment not found的错误）
